• Whole genome analysis for multipathogen enrichment-based sequencing: Utilizing platforms such as Illumina’s Viral Surveillance Panel (VSP) and Respiratory Pathogen ID/AMR Enrichment Panel (RPIP), we provide comprehensive analysis covering over 200 pathogens and more than 2,000 antimicrobial resistance (AMR) markers.

• Dedicated SARS-CoV-2 Platform: For SARS-CoV-2, we offer a specialized platform supporting whole-genome analysis through amplicon-based sequencing. This service identifies the predominant virus in a sample, detects novel variants, and reports minor variants.
