Measles Virus Multiplex Detection Assay
Simultaneously detect Measles genotype A, including both wild-type and vaccine strains, alongside non-genotype A strains with our advanced multiplex assay. This assay combines a genotype A-specific target with the broad CDC-developed pan-measles target, enabling comprehensive surveillance of measles infections and vaccine-derived strains. The genotype A target detects any genotype A virus, including vaccine and wildtype, while the pan-measles target detects all measles genotypes. Validated on dPCR in complex matrices.
